Married with three children, Adeshola has over 5 years project management and business analysis experience and over 10 years banking experience; her keys strengths include stakeholder management, leadership management, mentoring and coaching, change management and so much more.

She has worked for multiple globally recognised financial and digital consultancy companies.

Adeshola is PRINCE2 certified, an accredited PRINCE2 Trainer, Scrum Master certified, and holds a diploma in change management.
