These updated Terms and Conditions are designed to guide your experience and ensure clarity across all areas of engagement with us.

Program Overview

We provide industry-focused training and voluntary project experience through the following programs:

  • Project Management & Business Analysis – 9 months
  • Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, Scrum Master, UI/UX Design – 4 to 5 months

As part of our offerings, you will gain access to our learning tools, including tutorials, work experience, and support resources.

What You Receive

  • Training and Voluntary Work Experience
    Access pre-recorded training videos via the Tritek Digital Learning (TDL) platform for self-paced learning (72–96 hours of content).
  • Voluntary Project Involvement
    Participate in real-life, unpaid project work to apply your skills (no contracts or pay slips are issued).
  • References
    At Tritek Academy, we only provide a voluntary work experience reference; we do not issue contracts or pay slips.
  • Success Stories
    Upon completion, candidates are required to submit a success story (written, video, or audio).

Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payment
    Training fees cover the full program including training and voluntary project work. Access is granted after full payment or a deposit.
  • Refunds
    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
    • No refunds will be granted once access is given to our training materials and platforms.
    • Approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee and processed within 30 days.
    • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deferrals
    Deferrals are permitted for up to 3 months only. Outstanding balances must still be paid as per your payment agreement.

Platform Access & Use

  • Content on TDL remains the property of Tritek Academy and is non-downloadable.
  • Candidates may only work on one project at a time and are expected to remain actively engaged throughout the project duration.
  • Video access is limited to your enrolled course, and usage is monitored.
  • Projects and all related output belong to Tritek Academy and are considered part of your training experience.
  • Recording of meetings is strictly prohibited.

Mentorship & Interviews

  • Mentorship is provided only upon interview invitation and for the interview preparation period.
  • Mentorship may be withdrawn if a candidate is inactive or unprepared.

Code of Conduct

  • Be respectful toward staff, trainers, and peers.
  • Stay engaged on all platforms: WhatsApp and Basecamp.
  • Do not record, share, or distribute content from our platforms or meetings.
  • Breaches of these rules may result in immediate removal without a refund.

Social Media & Promotion

  • Candidates must not post false or defamatory comments (e.g., calling the program a scam/fraud).
  • We may use photos or videos from training or project meetings for promotional purposes.

Support Hours

  • Our support team is available from 10 AM to 6 PM (UK time).
  • For inquiries, please contact: info@tritekacademy.co.uk (responses within 1 hour during working hours).

Complaints

  • All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@tritekacademy.co.uk.
  • A response will be provided within 48 working hours.
  • You agree to follow our internal Complaints Policy and Dispute Resolution Procedure.
