  • These terms and conditions are in addition to the Website Disclaimer and apply to the sale of any courses/services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for your records.
  • These terms of use (“TERMS”) bind you, the company you represent, and the company that registered you (collectively “You”) to the terms and conditions set forth herein in connection with your use of Tritek Consulting Limited’s Website, Mobile Applications, Basecamp, LMS, or other affiliated platforms (collectively referred to as our work experience platform).
  • By using any of Tritek’s services, or by clicking the “Accept” button on our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of this agreement, which will be binding upon you. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must cease to purchase any services from us.

2.   The Services

2.1  Description

A description of the Services together with the dates on which the Services will begin is available on your payment invoice. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out. We are an educational platform.

2.2  Access

During the paid period, candidates will enjoy full access to all tools. Following this period, there will be a charge for access on a monthly basis or full subscription.

2.3  Confirmation of Terms of Services

  • You hereby confirm that the Services you are purchasing will meet your needs and you have researched the information and their suitability according to your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular

result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of your work experience. Access to Company materials and services are provided on the day of full payment.

  • You understand that some of our Services are provided as software and/or data or are virtual or via audio visual content and as such once you purchase the services that there is no way of us knowing if they were deleted, therefore you accept that you may not exercise the right to a refund from us the moment that you purchase the Services. For the avoidance of doubt no refund will be given once purchased and you agree to waiver any rights under the prevailing Consumer Goods Act at the time of purchasing.
  • You will not own, re-sell, record or broadcast any of the Services or intellectual property we provide to you and we are the owners of the materials provided but you have the use of them under the terms and timeframes set out herein.
  • You will not abuse any of our staff or trainers or disrupt any of the Company’s services.
  • Failure to comply with any of the Terms & Conditions set out herein may at the sole discretion of the Company, result in the immediate cessation of services without refund.

3.   General

3.1  About Our Platform

Our Platform enables students and job seekers (“Candidates”) to connect with independent contractor instructors (the “Instructors”, collectively with Candidates, the “Users”) who provide live and recorded intensive training, tutoring, mentoring, and learning services (the “Courses”) via Our Platform.

The Platform includes, without limitation, facilitating and hosting intensive digital training courses and supporting materials, connecting candidates with work experience opportunities

3.2  Communication

The main communication platform for the administrative and program office will be via WhatsApp and Basecamp. You are advised to ensure that you remain in the designated groups all through the duration of the program.

3.3  Governance

Candidates must ensure they adhere to the governance processes when reporting issues. All contents on Basecamp as well as recordings from our tutorial sessions inclusive of the details of projects worked on during your program at Tritek Consulting are not to be disclosed, distributed or reproduced.

3.4  Duration

The duration of our programs varies: Project Management/Business Analysis spans 9 months, Data Analysis, Scrum Master, Cyber Security, and UI/UX Design each last 4 months. It’s important to note that access to video content on the Learning Management System (LMS) is restricted to the program you’ve enrolled in. Upon the conclusion of your current subscription, you’ll have the option to renew.

There will be no exemptions given for holidays or travel purposes. Participation and active involvement are highly required in projects and all learning platforms and this will be monitored regularly.

3.5  Projects and Completion

You will be allowed to work on ONLY ONE project so we expect that you participate and be as active as you can for the entire project duration. Once a candidate abandons a project; we have the right not to put you on another project and or decline to give you a reference.

Any project you work on is part of your initial payment for your training/work experience; hence, payment will not be issued for any work done and this project will belong to the company. As we are working on projects for clients, you may be required to work evenings and weekends.

Candidates are strictly prohibited from recording project meetings as sensitive and confidential matters can be discussed with stakeholders. Except for project use.

3.6  Mentorship

Access to a mentor is provided upon an interview invitation only. Mentorship is for the period of your interview only. If your mentor finds you not proactive. They have the right to withdraw your mentorship. There are numerous videos on LMS that can prepare you in anticipation for an interview

3.7  Reference

The company’s name must not be used as a reference without proper authorisation.

4.   Payments

4.1  Registration

Your place will only be guaranteed once a deposit or full payment is made on or before the day of the career masterclass session.

4.2  Receipts

Following receipt by us of your order for services via the Website or mail, in person or on the telephone we will contact you confirming receipt of your order.

4.3  Agreement

A legally binding agreement between us and you shall come into existence when we have:

  • accepted your offer to purchase Services from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and
  • processed the payment received from you and your space has been allocated.

4.4  Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

5.   Refund Policy, Deferral & Cancellation

5.1  Eligibility for Refund

  • General Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  1. The request is submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the initial payment date, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your email must include:

  • Full Name
    • Email Address used for registration
      • Course Title
      • Date of Payment
      • Reason for requesting the refund and;
      • Any supporting documents (e.g., medical note, evidence of exceptional circumstances)

(Incomplete submissions will not be processed.)

  • The service-user has not accessed any course material, including but not limited to:
    • Online training videos or modules
      • Downloadable resources and content
      • Collaborative platforms
      • Career support groups

(Accessing course content is considered full activation of the service and renders the purchase non-refundable.)

  • The following are not valid grounds for a refund:
  • Change of mind after enrolment
  • Personal scheduling conflicts or changes in availability
    • Work-related changes, travel, or relocation
      • Dissatisfaction with learning style, course content, pace or delivery format
      • Failure to attend sessions, complete assignments or participate in group activities
      • Misunderstanding of course content or requirements (all course details are publicly available prior to purchase)

5.1.2  Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical emergencies or bereavement, you may submit a refund request with documented evidence.
  • The decision to grant a refund in this instance will solely be at the company’s discretion.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 working days of receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method and will be processed within 30 working days, incurring a 10% administrative fee to cover administrative costs.

5.1.3  Klarna, Clearpay & Third-Party Finance Providers

  • If you opt to use Klarna, Clearpay, or any third-party payment provider, you are entering into a separate agreement with that provider.
  • Tritek Academy is unable to cancel, amend, or refund payments processed through these platforms once your course has been activated.
  • Any refund must be handled directly between you and the third-party provider, in line with their policies. We will, however, confirm course access status to support legitimate claims.

5.1.4  Abuse of Refund Policy

If we determine that our refund procedure is being abused (e.g. repeated refund requests or attempts to access content before cancellation), we reserve the right to:

  • Decline the refund request.
  • Suspend or remove access to all services without notice or refund.
  • Refuse all future enrolments / use of our services.

5.4 Deferrals

  • Candidates may defer their program start date once for up to 3 months by submitting a request in writing before accessing the course materials.
  • If you are on a payment plan (via direct debit or finance provider), your payment obligations will continue as agreed, even during the deferral period.
  • Any further deferment requests will be considered only in exceptional cases and must be supported by valid documentation (e.g., medical or legal

reasons).

5.5 Agreement to Terms

By signing this document, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

6.   Termination

We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Services with immediate effect in the event that you:

  • Fail to pay when fees are due/balance deposits
  • Act in aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any employee of Tritek, any trainer or any other candidate

7.   Conduct

You may only access the Platform for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the Platform. You agree not to use the Platform or the Company Content (as defined below) to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form, Instructors or potential users for employment or contracting for a business not affiliated with Us without our advance written permission, which may be withheld in Our sole discretion.

You assume all risks from any meetings or contact between you and any Instructors or other Users of the Platform.

8.   Miscellaneous

  • All tutorial sessions are recorded and made available on our LMS platform within 72 to 96 hours.

·         Social Media

  • By engaging with our brand on social media, you agree not to post inaccurate or defamatory content about Our brand. This includes harmful language like “fraud” or “scam.” Failure to comply may result in legal actions being taken.
    • Occasionally, pictures and videos will be taken during classroom sessions and this may be used for social media purposes.

9.   Complaints Policy

All complaints must be in writing using the Tritek Email address. A response will be made within 48 working hours. In the event of any dispute you hereby agree to comply with the Company Complaints Policy & Dispute Resolution Procedure of the policy.

TECH FOR TEENS

Parent & Legal Guardian Agreement

Version: July 2026

1.    Introduction

This Parent & Legal Guardian Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Tritek Academy Tech for Teens Programme (“Programme”).

The Programme is designed for young people aged 14–18 years and requires the active participation and supervision of a Parent or Legal Guardian.

By enrolling a participant, the Parent/Guardian agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement and accepts responsibility for the participant throughout the duration of the Programme.

2.    Definitions

Company

Tritek Consulting Limited trading as Tritek Academy.

Participant

The child aged between 14 and 18 enrolled in the Programme.

Parent/Guardian

The individual aged 18 years or older with legal authority to enrol the participant.

Programme

Any Tech for Teens course, workshop, bootcamp, mentoring programme or related educational activity delivered by Tritek Academy.

3.    Parent/Guardian Declaration

The Parent/Guardian confirms that:

  • they are at least 18 years old;
  • they have legal authority to enrol the participant;
  • all information supplied during registration is true and accurate;
  • they have read this Agreement in full;
  • they agree to comply with all Programme policies.

The Parent/Guardian accepts full legal responsibility for the participant throughout the Programme.

4.    Parent Responsibilities

Parents agree to:

  • Ensure the participant attends all scheduled classes.
  • Ensure punctuality.
  • Monitor assignment completion.
  • Supervise learning where appropriate.
  • Encourage respectful behaviour.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor all Programme communications.
  • Provide a suitable learning environment.
  • Ensure the participant has access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.

Failure by the Parent/Guardian to fulfil these responsibilities shall not constitute grounds for refunds, extensions or complaints against Tritek Academy.

5.    Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly.
  • Participate actively.
  • Complete assignments independently.
  • Respect trainers and fellow participants.
  • Follow all Programme rules.
  • Protect confidential information.
  • Use Programme resources only for learning purposes.

Participants must not:

  • Cheat or plagiarise.
  • Share login credentials.
  • Record sessions without permission.
  • Distribute Tritek materials.
  • Bully or harass other participants.
  • Disrupt classes.

6.    Attendance and Participation

Attendance is mandatory. Parents acknowledge that:

  • Regular attendance forms part of the learning process.
  • Missed classes remain the responsibility of the participant.
  • Recorded sessions may be provided where available but are not guaranteed.
  • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or replacement classes.

7.    Assignments and Projects

Parents agree to ensure the participant:

  • completes assignments on time;
  • submits projects before deadlines;
  • participates in practical activities.

Failure to complete assignments due to travel, holidays, illness (unless medically documented), family commitments, internet issues or lack of supervision shall not constitute grounds for refunds or programme extensions.

8.    Technology Requirements

Parents are responsible for providing:

  • a functional laptop;
  • reliable internet connection;
  • updated software;
  • webcam where required;
  • microphone where required.

Technical issues outside Tritek Academy’s control will not result in refunds or programme extensions.

9.    Communication

Official communication shall be through:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • LMS
  • Any additional communication platform designated by Tritek Academy Parents are responsible for monitoring all communications.

Failure to read announcements shall not excuse missed deadlines or Programme requirements.

10.    Safeguarding and Child Protection

Tritek Academy is committed to safeguarding all participants. Participants must:

  • behave respectfully;
  • avoid inappropriate communication;
  • avoid sharing personal information;
  • immediately report concerns.

Parents agree to cooperate with safeguarding investigations where necessary.

Where Tritek Academy reasonably believes a safeguarding issue exists, the Company reserves the right to notify appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

11.    Behaviour Policy

Participants must not:

  • bully;
  • threaten;
  • intimidate;
  • discriminate;
  • use offensive language;
  • engage in cyberbullying;
  • disrupt classes;
  • damage Tritek property;
  • impersonate others.

Parents must not:

  • harass staff;
  • threaten staff;
  • use abusive language;
  • publicly defame the Company;
  • interfere with Programme delivery.

Tritek Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove participants whose behaviour breaches this Agreement.

Removal for misconduct shall not attract a refund.

12.    Academic Integrity

Assignments must represent the participant’s own work.

Parents may provide guidance but must not complete assignments on behalf of the participant. Plagiarism, AI misuse (where prohibited), cheating or copying may result in:

  • assignment failure;
  • suspension;
  • programme removal;
  • refusal of certification.

13.    Intellectual Property

All Programme content remains the exclusive property of Tritek Academy. Parents and participants may not:

  • copy;
  • sell;
  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • upload;
  • record;
  • commercially exploit

any Programme material without written permission. This includes:

  • slides;
  • videos;
  • templates;
  • worksheets;
  • projects;
  • LMS content;
  • mentor materials.

14.    Photography, Video and Media Consent

Parents acknowledge that classes may be recorded for educational purposes.

From time to time, photographs, videos or screenshots may be taken during Programme activities. Parents may separately provide or withhold consent for promotional use during registration.

Withdrawal of consent applies only to future use and does not affect materials already published with prior consent.

15.    Refund Policy

15.1   Fourteen-Day Refund Period

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days of the original payment date. The request must include:

  • Parent’s full name
    • Participant’s full name
    • Registered email address
    • Programme name
    • Date of payment
    • Reason for the request
    • Supporting documentation where applicable Incomplete requests will not be processed.

15.2   Consumption of Programme Materials

A refund becomes immediately void where the participant or Parent/Guardian has accessed, used or consumed any Programme materials or services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • LMS access;
    • training videos;
    • live classes;
    • downloadable resources;
    • templates;
  • worksheets;
    • software tools;
    • digital workbooks;
    • WhatsApp communities;
    • mentoring sessions;
    • coaching sessions;
    • projects;
    • assessments;
    • Programme resources.

Accessing or using any of the above constitutes acceptance and consumption of the service.

15.3   Refunds After Fourteen Days

No refund shall be available after fourteen (14) calendar days from the original payment date regardless of:

  • attendance;
    • non-attendance;
    • scheduling conflicts;
    • holidays;
    • relocation;
    • internet issues;
    • personal circumstances;
    • dissatisfaction;
    • change of mind.

15.4   Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or bereavement affecting the participant, Parents may submit supporting documentation for consideration.

Approval remains solely at the discretion of Tritek Academy and is not guaranteed. Where a refund is approved, an administrative fee may be deducted.

16.    Deferrals

One deferral may be granted, subject to written request and Company approval. Deferrals must be requested before significant participation in the Programme.

Payment obligations continue during any approved deferral unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17.    Limitation of Liability

Tritek Academy provides education and coaching services only. The Company does not guarantee:

  • employment;
  • internships;
  • scholarships;
  • competition success;
  • university admission;
  • business success;
  • examination results.

Participant outcomes depend upon attendance, effort, engagement and individual ability.

18.    Termination

Tritek Academy reserves the right to immediately terminate enrolment where:

  • fees remain unpaid;
  • false information was supplied;
  • this Agreement is breached;
  • misconduct occurs;
  • safeguarding concerns arise;
  • behaviour threatens staff or participants.

Termination under this clause shall not create any entitlement to a refund.

19.    Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to:

The Company will acknowledge receipt within two working days and respond in accordance with its Complaints Procedure.

20.    Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

21.    Parent & Legal Guardian Acceptance

I confirm that:

  • I am the Parent or Legal Guardian of the participant.
  • I have legal authority to enrol the participant.
  • I have read and understood this Agreement.
  • I agree to be legally bound by its terms.
  • I accept responsibility for the participant’s attendance, conduct, participation and compliance throughout the Programme.
